Variety Gala 2017 Presents

#TBT Throwback Thursday

Variety Gala 2017 presents Throwback Thursday, a chronological journey, through 69 years of helping kids with disabilities.

Special guest Emcee, acclaimed Canadian queen of comedy Carla Collins, has prepared a side-splitting evening of comedy, while musical genius Matt Cully spins the night away with a Chronologic presentation of musical smashes starting from the 1950s through to present day greatest hits.

If all that wasn’t enough, we will have Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni, a fully stocked silent auction, 50/50 draw and more great ways to give back and win great prizes.

Your cocktail style evening includes a variety of gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres, Antipasto Station, Saganaki Station, Gourmet Slider Station & Open Bar Service (until 10 p.m.). Late night service includes sweet and fresh fruit table and a Cash Bar to keep you going while the music plays on.

Archie Allison - Heart Award

We are  pleased to announce Archie Allison, Director of Access & Awareness at Variety Village, as the recipient of the 2017 Variety Heart Award for his contributions over the past 30 years to inclusion and accessibility for people of all abilities.
