Programs for Seniors

Active Aging is a fitness club for members aged 55+. Members participate in active aging programs, which include gentle exercise classes, walking our cushioned track or exercise in our heated pool. Afterwards, members can join their fitness friends for a relaxing afternoon tea or coffee.


Once a month the Active Aging Club organizes a special social activity or workshop. Events may include going to live theatre productions, hosting a potluck at the Village or inviting a guest speaker to facilitate a workshop of interest. Please check the Club bulletin board in the front lobby or ask one of the instructors for announcements of upcoming special events.
