Programs for Seniors

Active Aging is a fitness club for members aged 55+. Members participate in active aging programs, which include gentle exercise classes, walking our cushioned track or exercise in our heated pool. Afterwards, members can join their fitness friends for a relaxing afternoon tea or coffee.


Once a month the Active Aging Club organizes a special social activity or workshop. Events may include going to live theatre productions, hosting a potluck at the Village or inviting a guest speaker to facilitate a workshop of interest. Please check the Club bulletin board in the front lobby or ask one of the instructors for announcements of upcoming special events.

Tai Chi is a NEW CLASS offered on Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30pm in the Barall Centre
Joseph’s last class will be August 23 and his last day is August 25.
Valaria’s last class will be on August 24 and her last day is August 28.
