Learn to Play

Our Learn to Play series of programs is designed for babies and children up to age 12. These programs introduce children to the very basics of sport and athletics while exploring a range of different activities, from song and dance to advanced skill development games.

Tots in Motion

This program uses different songs and games to work on fundamental movement principles, including gross and fine motor skills and coordination. Children engage in tummy time, discovery ball play, parachute games, dance, and obstacle courses that focus on walking and crawling.

Children in Motion 1

Children in Motion focuses on fundamentals of games and activity improvement in a noncompetitive environment. This program also works to prepare children to participate successfully and independently in programs.

Children in Motion 2

This class builds on and reinforces skills learned in Level 1, such as listening and following instructions. Challenging skills and new concepts are introduced, with  emphasis on individual motor skill development (fine and gross) and fitness. Advanced skills are developed using fun games.

Children in Motion 3

Advanced skill development games are played, with emphasis on teamwork and fitness.
