  • Group Fitness Classes

    Variety’s group fitness classes are big, friendly workout parties that make exercise fun and inspiring. Certified instructors guide you through moves crafted to help you tackle your fitness goals in record time. With upbeat playlists, fun-loving classmates, and motivating teachers, our group fitness classes will get you excited to workout!

Current Offerings

Outdoor Group Fitness

Beginning June 15th Variety is again able to offer FREE outdoor fitness classes twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our outdoor group classes are 60-minutes of low & high impact moves with super fun cardio. Using small hand weights and/or  your own body weight – we guide your through a sweaty, toning, full body workout.

Classes are limited to 9 members at this time and reserved spots are on a first come first served basis. Registration must be made through our online portal. We ask that members register for only one class per week to ensure more members are able to participate. Members can be put on a wait-list and will be emailed if a spot becomes available within 24 hours of the class.

Cost: Classes are free of charge; you just need to have had an active membership the day we closed on March 17, 2020.
Age: 14+
Adaptations: Social distancing rules will be maintained and general adaptations will be provided from the front of the class.
What to bring: A mat (if you don’t have one, we will provide you with one), water bottle and any weights that you would like to use.
Location: Parking Lot outside the Cardio Room.
🚫 Note that entry to the building is not permitted and bathroom facilities will NOT be available.
