    “The Community” is our new all-inclusive membership platform that enhances your experience by providing a central hub for flexible self-service options. You can easily sign up for memberships, register for programs, and manage your household information in one convenient location. This system replaces our previous registration portal and acts as a customer relationship management tool, helping us connect with members and customers while facilitating program registrations and supporting Variety Village and Variety – the Children’s Charity of Ontario (Foundation).

  • What is the 'Community' transition?

    We have outgrown our current system and require a more robust solution to meet both your needs and those of the communities we serve. This transition will replace our existing registration portal with a new platform designed to better support you beyond just program registration.

  • What are the benefits of the new 'Community' CRM?

    With this transition, we will improve our service to you. With the operational efficiencies, we will have more time to focus on you and the communities we serve. Below are a few of the benefits of a new ‘Community’ CRM:

    As we transition to our new registration system, please verify that your membership account  is up to date with your full name, email address, and birthdate. Please ensure that only one credit card is kept on file.
