Join us for Aging Well Week—an opportunity to move, swim, and connect while exploring fitness and wellness programs, our warm pool, indoor track, and a variety of gentle group classes and equipment.
Our inclusive community fosters health, fitness, and personal growth for individuals of all abilities, offering integrated programs that bring people together and enhance the experience for all. With 400+ classes and 50+ dynamic programs each year, our members enjoy year-round opportunities to stay active, connect, and thrive.
Memberships at Variety Village are available for Infants & Toddlers (0–23 months), Children, Youth, Adults, Families, Seniors, and Veterans—take a guided tour, meet our team, and discover why we’re more than just a membership!
Plus enjoy a group tour every hour on the hour from 8–4pm!

Open House
We’re kicking off Aging Well Week with an Open House.
While Aging Well classes will not be running on Monday, this is your chance to explore Variety Village at your own pace or join a guided group tour.
Discover our fitness spaces, learn about programs designed for active aging, and connect with our team to find what fits you best.
Fitness Class Policy
- Classes are subject to change without notice.
- For safety and courtesy, we kindly request that you arrive on time.
- Class cancellations will be updated in our mobile app and posted at reception.
TIME Program
Cost: $20 / 8 weeks
Class Length: 1 hour
Membership: Required
The TIME™ program offers physiotherapist-designed group exercise to safely improve mobility and gait, now available at Variety Village in beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, led by certified instructors.
TIME™ is ideal for those recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or living with conditions like Parkinson’s, MS, or Cerebral Palsy. Classes have a low trainer-to-participant ratio (1:3 or 1:4) and focus on everyday movements like standing, reaching, and stepping.
