Annual Membership

Four-Month Membership

Sometimes you can only commit for a few months at a time, and that’s OK! We’ve got you covered. Fees for our four-month membership are processed as a one-time payment due on membership start date.

Membership Information

  • Membership Terms/Eligibility

    As part of the application process, membership applicants are required to complete an application and sign a waiver form. Applicants under the age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. Annual memberships cancelled before the end of the contracted period are subject to a cancellation fee ($50 for a single, $100 for a family).

    Annual memberships are a 12-month commitment. Memberships cancelled during the first 12 months will be converted to a 4 month or a one month membership. Fees and payment due will be adjusted to the revised prices.

    Four month memberships can be rolled into an annual membership prior to the expiration date of the fourth month.

  • Do children need a parent or guardian to use the facility?

    Yes. Children and youth under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver at the front desk before using the facility.

    Additionally, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the facility.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

  • Does Variety Village offer financial assistance for memberships?

    Variety Village is committed to making fitness, recreation, and wellness accessible for all. Membership subsidies are available for individuals and families who may need financial assistance, through Variety – the Children’s Charity of Ontario (Foundation).

    Financial assistance is determined based on total household income. To apply, you must complete a financial assistance application and provide documentation to verify your household income.

    Family memberships cover parents/guardians and children under 21 years living at the same address. Applicants are also required to speak with one of our Membership Services Representatives and provide medical and financial information.
